• The download on the site is now an example copy for seeing how the helper works. It comes with an example site ("Example Studio", with its own simple portfolio page and an "EXAMPLE STUDIO" watermark) and sample images to try: one with Midjourney-style details, one with a ComfyUI graph, one with none, and a sketch-and-final pair for a before/after. Publishing is switched off in it, and nothing in it points at the real website; the packaging step checks for that and stops if anything slips through.

• Demo mode: when an example-site folder sits next to the helper, it works on that and never publishes. The owner's own copy has no such folder and works as before.
• The helper's page takes the site's name and address from the site it's working on, instead of having them written in.

• Publishing images no longer gives the site a new version or a version history entry: adding or removing images isn't a site change. It saves and uploads only the images, then waits until the live site shows them. It also no longer refuses to publish while other site work is unsaved.

• The helper is listed as an app on The Prompted Pixel site, with a download (a zip with a README.txt), this version history and an animated walkthrough.
• npm run package builds the download and the version history page; npm run preview-gif records the walkthrough (on a throwaway copy of the site, nothing published); npm run publish-site copies them to the site.

• Split off from The Prompted Pixel site (site 0.9.0, where it was built; moved out in site 0.9.2) into its own project. It still fills and publishes the site's portfolio, working on the site folder next to it.
• Add one image or a batch: the generator, version, prompt and year are read from Midjourney, ChatGPT, Nano Banana and ComfyUI files; you confirm or fix them, add a title, prompt and description, pick or create a collection and star favourites. Duplicates are skipped.
• Add a before/after: at least two images (original first, result last), with more steps for a progression, each with a label.
• Each image gets a WebP web copy (up to 2400 px), a thumbnail and a watermarked JPEG download, and records its original and web sizes so the site can show how compressed it is.
• Edit details, feature, delete, manage collections, preview the site on this PC and publish (the site's version goes up and its history gets an entry).
• The helper's version shows in its top bar and its window.
