Download lyric-timer-0.2.1-windows.zip, then right-click it and choose Extract All. The installer can't run from inside the zip.

Install it once on Windows, then open it from the Start menu whenever you want timed lyrics. Tap along as the song plays, check it, and save the file.
Chapter 1
Do this once. About a minute, with no admin rights and no account.
Download lyric-timer-0.2.1-windows.zip, then right-click it and choose Extract All. The installer can't run from inside the zip.
In the unzipped folder, double-click Install Lyric Timer.
It opens by itself after installing. Next time, press Start, type Lyric Timer and click it, or use the desktop shortcut.
The app opens in Microsoft Edge's app mode, with no tabs or address bar.
Chapter 2
Every song. The steps follow the app's own tabs: 1Lyrics 2Time 3Preview 4Export
Click Choose a Song. It opens in your Music folder. You can also drag a song onto the window.
The song stays on your computer. It is never uploaded anywhere.
Suno MP3s fill this in for you: title, cover and lyrics. For other songs, paste the lyrics in, or use Import .lrc or .txt.
Press Space to play, then Space again as each line begins. The line marked next Space is the one your tap will time.
Fast song? Turn Speed down.
Click the line. Clicking never changes its time, it only selects it, and its panel opens above the list.
Way off? Re-tap from here plays from the line before, so you can tap it again.
Press play (or Space) and watch each line light up as it's sung. Click any line to jump there.
One comes in early or late? Pause while it's lit and press Fix the lit line's timing.
Pick the file type you need, then Download it or Copy it.
